The purpose of this communication is to present configurations that become evident as dream- or oneiric images. These images are expressed mainly in ludic activities of children during parents-children's therapy sessions with the approach named by me as "Parents-Children Joint Therapeutic Interventions".

Such approach was inspired on Esther Bick's Observation method, as well ason W. Bion's contributions for understanding the groups operations.

Its main target is promoting communication and understanding of "problem-situations" that have motivated the Therapist search.

It is a short duration approach (12 to 15 sessions), enough time for

coming to light the conflictive interactions between the participants. Now this takes place in an attention and continence field created by the Therapist, making it possible that sparse elements may find one another and evolve to thoughts and understandings.

One of the Therapist's task on this approach is, mainly, observing and describing, for the group, interactions among its components that are opposing comprehension and referral of solutions for problem situations.

The primordial group has tasks resulting from parental function practice.

We were attentive to the successive configurations during the session with the primordial group as a product of sensorial and emotional experience transformation converted into visual images, what Bion considers an alpha-dream work.

As it follows, we present a clinical material concerning parents-children sessions, with the purpose of emphasising the transformations into ludic images of a 3 year old boy's unconscious phantasies we understand such as equivalent to adult's dream images.
